She is currently a little over halfway into her fifteenth turn, and hails from a small very-far-out-of-the-way cothold called Distant Whisper. Her NPC parents are alive and well as are her two NPC siblings, a sister younger by three turns and a brother younger by about six turns, both of whom could become PCs. Felisa, unnamed at the time, stood for the infamous Benden hatching as well as in the hatching held in Benden's distant past, but has so far failed to impress.
